After reaching remission, John Christian determined that no college student should face IBD alone. So, in 2022, he started Project Crohn’s - to give college students the resources and network they need to beat IBD (Crohn’s and Colitis).
According to research done at the University of Florida, more than 65,000 college students in the US have IBD.
Project Crohn’s was founded in 2022 with 7 mentors, 10 advisors, and 5 staff.
Please help us reach our immediate goal of $100,000 to cover program costs for 25 students and to counter the terrible effects of IBD that our students are facing across the country.
